If there’s one thing to know about us, we love local! It’s in everything we do and we make sure to support local businesses every chance we get. Early mornings you’ll find some of us breaking a sweat at our local gym, before work we’re grabbing coffee at our favorite local coffee shop and for lunch you’ll catch us ordering from one of the many local spots downtown. So, while it was hard to choose, we tasked our team with picking just one of their favorites to share with you! Check out local businesses we love (part 1?).
I'm a big fan of the Baker's Cafe. Not only does Lisa run a top-notch operation, but she and her team also make the most delicious soups, salads, sandwiches, and sweet treats. Her brownies are so good my in-laws make me bring them home on a regular basis. I appreciate the care that goes into her products and enjoy the convenience of being able to order online. - Jen
The Baking Company & Bread Kneads
When you’re a social media manager, you’re all about aesthetic. That’s why I love The Baking Co. & Bread Kneads for their totally Instagrammable aesthetic (and of course for their yummy treats). They have the cutest bakery with a couple photo ops inside and out including a neon sign and lots of greenery - talk about trendy. Plus, they have everything from cookies and cakes to soup, salad and sandwiches for a quick lunch! - Melissa
Crawford Street Gym
The location of the Crawford Street Gym is perfect for those working or living in downtown Findlay! It has all the amenities needed to come before work, get a great workout, and get ready for your day. Corey Kissel and his team of personal trainers offer personalized training to help you meet your goals. We at AR train with Corey twice a week and I truly look forward to getting my blood pumping and getting a great start to the day! - Krystin

Really good beer and food at FBC. I'm obsessed with the sauce they give you with the fries. The employees have always been very nice too. - Chelsie
Joey Fratello’s Pizzeria
Who doesn't love pizza? Joey's is a great local pizza joint with AMAZING calzones and super friendly staff. One of the Best pizza joints in town... you gotta give them a try, they will not disappoint! - Lindsay
Mancy's Steakhouse
Mancy's is not where you go for a burnt-to-hell steak, unless you order it that way. Expect hand-picked, high-quality, leave your A1 at home steaks cooked to perfection along with a great atmosphere. My favorite drink there, and anywhere, remains an Old Fashioned with Bulleit Bourbon. You can't go wrong with the crab-stuffed mushrooms to start. If you're looking for a well-prepared meal, this is the spot. The final bill is not for the faint of heart but the quality and taste is unmatched. - Blake

My love letter to the Meg's Salad, the most delicious salad in Findlay: It's crunchy, savory, sweet and is super satisfying without being too heavy. The poppy seed dressing is fantastic and the accompanying bread knots are a lovely treat! It's a fan favorite among the AR crew, and it's not uncommon for us to order 10+ "Meg's for pickup". Danielle is the real deal when it comes to skincare. Her knowledge of product ingredients is seriously impressive. Visits are relaxing, informative, and a partnership working toward skincare goals. Danielle offers a variety of facials, including microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and dermaplaning. Make sure you get the facial steam to start things off! - Stephanie

Taco Fiesta Hinojosa
Truly the best and most authentic Mexican tacos I have found anywhere. The Mexican fruit is amazing and you would be remiss if you skipped out on it. Friendly, clean, and totally uniquely decorated. It really is a nice spot a bit off the beaten path in Findlay! - Ashley, Taco Enthusiast
Vivir Modern Mexican
Tequila! Vivir has an authentic Mexican flare to their food. It’s not your local burrito joint; the food is next level. The street tacos are original and deliciously simple. To my knowledge, this is the only place around to get a high-end Tequila flight, sipping tequila and reposado. -Eric
We Serve. Coffee
Besides their wonderful beverages, I enjoy We Serve. Coffee because I always receive friendly service when I walk through the door. It has a great atmosphere where you can have coffee with a friend or make a quick stop before work. Not only do they have great coffee, but their California panini is one of my favorites for lunchtime! - Janelle
