Real folks.
Real marketing. Really.
AR Marketing is a team of strategists, creatives, and collaborators who give a gosh darn about the work, and the people behind it.
Founded in 2009 on a simple idea that marketing works better when people care, AR was built on showing up, asking good questions, and doing things the right way. Not just caring about the outcome but also the process, the partnership, and how it all comes together.
We believe marketing should be smart, effective, and even a little fun. We show up as real humans, speak plainly, and focus on strategy first—because pretty graphics are great, but they only matter if they actually work. Our best ideas come from collaboration, whether that’s with our clients, our teammates, or somewhere in between.
As our clients have evolved, so have we, but our mindset hasn’t changed. We don’t act like vendors. We think like owners. We believe in relationships over transactions, partnerships over one-off projects, and marriage—not a one-night stand.

Our story
AR began in 2009 with a belief that great marketing takes hard work and a sense of humor. We’ve grown by rolling up our sleeves, doing the work the right way, and building lasting partnerships along the way.
Community
We’re rooted in our community and proud of it. From partnering with independent retailers and local businesses to hiring interns from nearby universities, we invest where we live and work—supporting local talent, local brands, and the people behind them.
